Artifex offers in-house Civil Engineering services for architectural projects, including site selection and layout, utilities plans, permit preparation, accessibility design, and land planning. Artifex understands the policies and requirements of the State of Maine, the Maine Historic Preservation Commission, and Community Development Block Grants, and is one of the leading firms in Maine in providing Historic Structure Assessments to advise and inform municipalities and property owners on how to Preserve and Restore their historic property.


Structural Engineering
