Artifex was contracted to update existing architectural surveys of the Bangor Theological Seminary District, Thomas Hill District, Whitney Park District, High Street District, State Street District, and West Market Square Historic Districts for the City of Bangor.  Furthermore, our professionals reviewed potential contributing adjacent properties to determine their current state and historic or cultural significance and whether they may be deemed possible for nomination into the district.  Artifex provided all corresponding CARMA paperwork and documentation to the City and the Maine Historic Preservation Commission.
